How long does it take to produce business cards?
The production time for business cards depends on various factors, including the complexity of the design, order quantity, and any additional features requested.
Our team will provide you with a timeline that outlines the production and delivery schedule once we have the necessary details of your project.
How long will it take to get my cards?
For orders under 5,000 cards, your cards will ship within 72 business hours from receiving approval.
Orders over 5,000 cards are subject to longer production times. If you absolutely need your cards by a specific date, please do contact us prior to submitting your order so we can ensure that we can meet your expectations!
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and vary based on the shipping method, location and number of packages.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind on an order?
Unfortunately, once your cards have been printed, we are unable to issue any refunds. If you have a concern with the quality of your cards due to an error at our end, please contact us.
We stand by our product and if it is determined that we caused an issue with your cards, we will certainly re-print them, or offer you a credit on your next order
